Default Playing video games = bad news.

One of my favorite things to with my free time is play X-Box 360. Since my symptoms started to show, it's been impossible for me to play. About 3-5 minutes in to a game, I get a serious case of brain fog. The longer I play, the longer the brain fog lingers. Not too long ago I spent all day playing a game, not noticing the brain fog at first and I was stuck in a cloud for 3-4 days. After that day I decided to hang up the controller and take a break from video games. My mind has been so much clearer...It sucks, I really miss playing games. But I noticed something...When I play games on the computer, it doesn't seem to happen, unless I play for more than an hour. It only seems to be when I play the X-Box 360, even on a standard definition TV. The games I play on the PC are low quality though, that's probably why...I play a 2D multiplayer pool game and an adventure game with low quality 3D graphics. Less thinking involved and not as many "bells and whistles".

I don't know, just thought I'd share that with you guys.
