Not necessarily. The tests available so far only test for specific antigens and markers. They do not test for EVERY antigen.
Say there is a viral contaminant in the Pertussis vaccine you got, which has not been identified yet. Perhaps no test for it.

This immunochemistry is still in its infancy.

Once the damage gets rolling, it can become like an avalanche of snow... sustaining itself.

It appears that we have wonderful sophisticated medical things out there, but in reality much of it is not understood, and is brought to the public long before the long term long range effects, occur. Testing is done on small groups of selected patients, and over short periods of time. The post marketing effects are reports in a minimal way, and it can take years and years to discover real and serious problems.
