Default Specialists in London, UK?

Hi, I'm currently seeking a diagnosis, but feel that so many of my symptoms match those of TOS. I'm wondering if anyone has recs for Physios, Chiros, Neuros in London? My GP has been great referring me for blood work and MRIs (blood normal - slightly low calcium, vit D and B12, and awaiting results of neck and head MRI). Should I be asking for a referral to a neurologist?

Ironically I'm a massage therapist, so what's crushing me is that my symptoms are stopping me from doing what I love, and helping to get others out of pain!

Briefly, this is what I'm experiencing -
For the last year - pins and needles and pain in both hands (all digits)
For the past month - much worse p+n in hands, to start with only on right but now also on left, exacerbated by laterally flexing neck to opp side
p+n right scalene & SCM area and up into right face and around ear
vice-like pain in right arm, pinching in armpit, feeling of pulling down both arms (like elastic bands being stretched), made worse by stretching or lifting arms. This also intensifies the p+n
p+n in both feet
extremely tender points in neck, shoulder, chest, arm and hand muscles
joint pain in wrists, general stiffness, feeling weak and tired!
(X-rays have shown reversal of normal cervical lordosis. I am hyper-mobile so tend to have tight muscles. Awaiting results of cervical spine MRI)

So much on this forum resonates with me, however most recs for specialists are in the US, so if anyone has any names in the UK that would be amazingly helpful. And if reading my symptoms anyone thinks it doesn't sound like TOS please let me know! Thank you so much, Kathryn
