Hi daisy.girl,

Adderall is Dextroamphetamine and Amphetamine

Concerta is Methylphenidate (Ritalin)

Out of the two I have used Adderall. I did like it but I have paradoxical reactions with stimulants so I am unable to use them. Stimulants make me more tired.
