I have, many times actually, but with minimal results, sad to say. Any benefit tended to be short-lived.
I think therapies like detoxing can very much help people whose problems are not mediated by a brain injury in the first place. Those who have TBI/PCS are fighting basic hardware issues, which no amount of "software" fixes can overcome.
