Oh that poor deer! I'm not a game meat eater. The taste is what gets me. I've tried venison a few times, prepared different ways, and I just don't like it. I know it's probably healthier for us than hormone fed beef but I just don't like the taste.

I'm sure if you google recipes for venison a bunch will come up.
