I've been having a lot of juice over the last few months, as a way of getting more antioxidants into my system following advice and some good looking evidence that I've found myself. In particular "brightly and dark coloured fruits" are apparently good.
I have improved quite a lot during this period - of course it could be nothing to do with my diet, but the evidence seems to suggest it could be helping, and it does give you a feeling like you have some degree of control over recovery which I think is psychologically helpful.
Plus of course juice tastes good. Good luck!
