Why does the media pick up on the most obvious, and make such a big thing out of it?

To me this is all old news. When I'm at work, I'm in motion and on my feet all day. At home I play the piano, which requires lots of movement. My neuro is quite pleased with my continuous PT as she put it. She said keep moving and keep the muscles active.

Sitting around does nothing for us physically as well as mentally, which I've found is when I tend to "think" too hard on the wrong things, and undo my positive outlook.
