I did find putting things on NT helped me in many ways, to deal with it more intently, I guess.

I also found a lot of answers. Tons of support.

I also found helping others, if just one, hopefully more, by my experiences, I feel it's been worth it all.

24/7 suffering is a terrible state to find oneself in. Totally undesireable...
