Default Stretching increases strength and endurance

It's good to know that stretching increases both strength and endurance. That means it can be a great place to start with fitness if you're completely out of shape.

It also means that all of our TOS related stretching has more benefits than just lengthening and decompression. Thank goodness, because that's a lot of time we put in.

I had heard about the strengthening before, but not the endurance and had not previously read the details of the study:
