I was wondering how this experiment of yours was doing! Glad to hear all is much better. I know all about the depression of winter/aging/not feeling well.

Spring had sprung here in Toledo, at least for a couple of days with highs in the upper 70's. Of course, it could not stay - today barely 50 and NO SUN.
