Yes..... my upper traps are quite bulky and muscle bound for a woman. My scapulas are slightly winged, not very obvious but probably enough to cause a knock on effect with shoulder stability.
I do also have issues with my C3-C4 area as seen on x-ray which apparently according to the specialists does not contribute to my TOS symptoms???????
I have noticed myself however that the loud cracks from my neck are definitely MORE aggressive and noticeable post op.
