I am glad I found this post over again. Even after being here awhile I get lost. I want you to know I looked up you medical problem and I feel really bad that you have this tarlov cyst situation. It does indeed warrant your full attention. I read where a 10's unit can be of help, and I also read, where they can aspirate the cysts. Have you had the myelogram? Another approach was for a substance called Fibrin glue, which seals off the cysts, so they cannot fill up with fluid again. What have you doneso far?
