[I agree with waves, don't get a colonoscopy unless you are told by a specialist that you really need one. enema is much less hard on a body than the citrus solution. Waves is right, it will sit you on the potty for a long long time. Usually that is given before a colonscopy only. Try the milder stuff first Bobby, the good old self help remedies.
