For me, I have a hard time playing the games that I used to like because my anxiety gets the best of me. I scream, jump, and freak out to the smallest of things in a first-person shooter and I never did that before (even to a horror game). My heart beat goes up and I cannot handle it. It's definitely a sad thing to deal with.

In general I cannot handle too much of any game that works my brain too hard. I get mentally exhausted very quickly.
