I suffered from some of the same symptoms you describe however I chose to have the surgery in November of 2011. All I can say it was the best thing I could have done for ME and I would do it again to get the relief I have been experiencing. I'm still recovering but I have noticed a huge difference in such a short time. I know I'm still healing but I'm hopeful and excited to get back MY life.
