I thought
poly- meant
involving more than one kind of nerves (e.g. sensory, motor) but purusing
definitions, polyneuropathy occurs
when many nerves throughout the body malfunction simultaneously, or
a generalized disorder of peripheral nerves, both of which seem pretty broad definitions.
