I am so sorry to hear of your nephew's struggles. You area a GOOD Aunt!
I know I would do whatever I could for my nieces and nephew's.
Has your Nephew seen a Gastroenterologist? an Internist?
I wish I knew of more to suggest.
I will be keeping your nephew in my thoughts and prayers.
