Absolutely what you are feeling could be attributed to the CRPS, especially if you have a solid diagnosis of the condition in that extremity.

How are you treating it? CRPS generally responds best to a "multi-disciplinary" approach. Meaning meds, physical therapy, self treatment, massage, etc. You have to find a management program that works for you and that involves a lot of trial and error....
