Sorry to hear about your trouble.

I am not an expert. More knowledgeable forum members will undoubtedly respond soon. But my individual experience is of no adverse reactions to B12, and I take ten times more than you. Also, I can't recall anyone on this forum who has noted adverse reactions to B12.
