Hi Princess,

With a headache that severe that's persisted that long, you should see a doctor. Headaches are usually the purview of neurologists, but one that specializes in (whose practice is limited to) just headaches would be better.

Did anything happen (injury, accident, virus, exposure, etc) just prior to this headache's onset that might provide a clue? From your description, it could be many things - sinus, migraine, cluster.... Does it respond to anything (caffeine, OTC headache remedies, lying down, sitting up, etc....)?

You may get a clue by googling: types of headaches and headache types and locations and proceeding from there if it sounds like anything you read.

Headaches respond best to treatments for their particular types; what works for a tension headache may not work for a migraine, etc. so correct diagnosis is important in hitting it and future prevention (if possible).
