For me, I'm painfully aware of how slow time is just dragging ahead as I wait for my head to reboot. It feels like it couldn't go any slower...

On a serious side, the nurse practioner at my neurologists practice did ask me if I was aware of time. Not sure if many with injuries kind of loose that ability or awareness till the brain heals.
