Time awareness can vary with cognitive symptoms. I think the internal clock can lose focus.
The way I deal with any sense that time is going slowly is simple. Get up and do something, no matter how simple it may be. Staring at the wall waiting for a sudden recovery is going to slow that recovery.
First, occupy a minute with something simple, then an hour, then a day. Time will begin to speed up. Anxiety is what slows time down.
