Thumbs up stress test & followup over - cardiocirculatory status OK

i slept... i got up... i got there early.

those 3 steps were the hardest and the biggest stress. after that i just rode the wave so to speak.

did the test, got results, so all the cardio stuff is over but she wants to reevaluate in 3 months. i figure i may wait longer unless i get with her program.

she said i am ok, i.e. not cardiopathic, only i do have a mild tachycardic tendency consistent both with my anxious states and with the fact that i am very unfit. she recommended exercise but also suggested i try a small amount of Inderal (propanolol, a beta-blocker). She said that should also help prevent my migraines... something i'd be verrrrry appreciative of!!!!

i have to go to mdoc with her report - he writes the actual script, but i want to talk to pdoc about it first.

she didn't have me run because she said that probably wasn't appropriate for my fitness level. walking faster and faster, she maxed me out at 172 bpm. i felt i could have gone longer but that's what she said 100% was for me. thing is, the machine was making me laugh so i was trying to keep up but laughing at the same time... kinda takes more energy.

anyway, if the cardio stops me at 172 bpm, i guess i shouldn't be "running" my pulse up to 200 bpm (remember that time? and then it stayed pegged over 100 for 6 hours?)

well, the stress test is over. i am just destressing now.

i only expected an "all clear" from these tests.
i got more... a recommendation that might help anxiety AND prevent migraines!

WOW!
