Thanks!!! =P
I have to agree, Marks reply is spot on. In Scotland we call it "stoating about". I spend a lot of time walking around my flat doing small tasks, cleaning, fixing things feeding the birds outside. I'm now at the end of week 5, early days. Things are heading in the right direction but giving myself time to wake up in the morning and staying away from TV and video games has helped a lot. I usually feel rubbish the next day if i've tried to play the xbox the previous night.

Good luck to everyone (and R.I.P. Sarah Burke)

To Stoat: If someone is “stoating” they cant walk in a straight line without falling over.
