Hi hellothere, I've just returned from my first physio appointment post op. The PT found that my Rhomboid muscles are very tender and causing me alot of issues radiating in the shoulders, traps and arms. I am being seen next week again to be given a stretching/strengthening program to follow so hopefully I will gain some useful knowledge to pass on to those with scapula issues?

Oh, just wanted to add some quick pointers he gave me to help stretch the scapula region.... neck stretches. Gentle but effective.
I looked some up online and found what he had mentioned for me to do, hope they help?
