Unexplained bleeding, or bruising should be seen by a doctor.

Platelet levels should be tested with blood work, to see if you have a platelet disorder.

Also clotting disorders can happen with people who have autoimmune disease.

So a trip to the doctor is a good idea. If you can take photos of any more "bruising" that may help the doctor to diagnose you.
