OK, so there is something here I don't understand - why does a truck deliver salt? Is it salt for your driveway - to get rid of ice? And gosh, how much salt do they deliver that you just can't pick up a bag when you need it? Here in Canada we buy salt at the Gas Station and sometimes you see it at Walmart. I've used it to get rid of ice on the sidewalk. I have purchased one bag of salt in my whole life. OK, that's enough thinking about salt.

Our temp has gone from -10 celcius to +10 in a matter of a day - snow to rain... and snow is all melting... which is causing horrible flooding in some areas (not here at my place, tho).

You know the saying: when it rains, it pours!
