Just curious why your doc switched you from Opana to Oxycontin if the Opana was working?

Anxiety is a reported S/E, and I've heard of some patients losing a night's sleep when they begin Oxycontin, but it's sometimes described as "It felt so good not to be in pain, I didn't want to sleep through it!" This usually subsides after a day or two adjustment period.

Teamwork is built on honest communication. It's not stepping on your doc's toes to report a side effect that's intolerable, so if that's the case, just call the office and tell the doc about it.
