I see that Darlene has graciously given you the link to our RSD forum.  You will find a wealth of knowledge and wonderful people there willing to share their experience(s).
I too have RSD... 8+ years.
Please feel free to make yourself at home, kick off your shoes, and pull up your favorite chair.
