Vegetarian Two-Meal Plan

1 tsp. honey
Evening: Scramble together the eggs, soy protein isolate and supplements. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve.
2 medium eggs
2 teaspoons soy protein isolate (found in health food stores)
daily supplements as recommended
2/3 cup cooked brown rice
2 tablespoons grated or chopped vegetables

Eggs-Soy-Rice
2 1/2 ounces tofu (or 1/4 cup cooked soy grits)
2 medium eggs
daily supplements as recommended
2 tbsps nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp oil
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup chopped or grated vegetables
Scramble together the tofu, eggs, supplements, yeast and oil. Add rice and vegetables, along with any flavoring you have on hand, and serve.

Potatoes au Canine
3 cups boiled, sliced potatoes
1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup grated cheese
daily supplements as recommended
2 tbsps grated or chopped vegetables
Layer together the potatoes, cottage cheese, yeast and supplements in casserole dish. Pour milk over them and top with grated cheese. Broil or bake until cheese is melted and slightly brown (about 15 minutes at 350degrees F) Let cool. Serve vegetables on the side. Or, mix all ingredients together while potatoes are hot after cooking, allowing heat to melt in the cheese, then serve.

Please feel free to add more recipes if you have any! I am looking for recipes that can be made in large quantities in the crock pot and frozen.
