Here is one I liked that I found online.
Chow Chicken
2 chicken breasts
3 carrots peeled and cut in half
1 stick of celery
2 small potatoes
2 cups of rice
Put chicken in the pot. Add 5-6 cups of water. Add the carrots, celery, and potatoes. Cover and simmer on low for 2 hours. Add rice for 30 minutes. Remove liquid and pull of bone. Stir well. Freeze or refridgerate.
