Choline is basically vitamin B-4. Inositol (Vitamin B-8) is available in Lecithin. Both would likely be in a B-Complex such as the GNC B-Complex and many multi-vitamin in a lower dosage. If you are on a B vitamin oriented supplementation regimen, these will likely be included.

Inositol has show anti-anxiety properties in very high doses, 12 to 18 grams per day. Most of the online information appears to be of foreign origin. The translations are severely lacking. Sounds like maybe Chinese was the original language.

Years ago, my doctor recommended I consume lecithin as a supplement. Lecithin is used in many food preparations as an additive to prevent fat separation (an emulsifier). Check some food labels.
