This means if a contaminant or adjuvant in a vaccine injures a child or adult, there is no recourse in the courts.

Therefore, I think people should read as much as they can before getting a vaccine, to see 1) is it really necessary, 2) has it been tested on many people over time, 3) is there evidence of effectiveness, 4) what does the postmarketing injury record have to say.
