When my knee acts up the pain is deep and vague...and I keep moving the leg to try and fix it....it is similar to RLS...I think.
It was very severe last night, and I did NOTHING to trigger it either! sigh.
The magnesium lotion also works on my left foot scar which for some obscure reason throbs now for no reason.
There was alot of nerve damage when that tumor was removed decades ago. Now it seems the nerves have grown back and not very well!
