I will try eating better and drinking water. I think Catra maybe on to something by eating smaller meals so my hunger doesn't get out of control.
I've always been a fan of eating throughout the day but was never much of a "snacker" per se. It would be pretty normal for me to eat every couple of hours but instead of eating chips or cookies or something like that I would make myself a sandwich or pop in a small tv dinner or something. I have a very fast metabolism prior to the RSD...could eat anything and just never gain the weight...and I think part of that was because of the way I ate throughout the day instead of 3 larger meals. I've seen things on tv and read some stuff about this...something about how eating throughout the day keeps your system from going in rest/fat storing mode or something. Even just substituting different foods for your snacks (like a sandwhich or a yogurt or whatever) may be helpful. I still allow myself a cheat every now and again (like once a week)...cutting certain things out of my diet completely has just not been possible...but that one little cheat every now and then doesn't seem like it messes up my diet or anything.

Good luck.
