Thank you for giving us an opportunity to see your paintings. You are quite talented. I have used oil and have not tried acrylics. It has been almost 11 years since I have picked up a brush.

My eldest grandson, at Christmas, gave me a gift which included a book "Pastels" (History of pastel Painting), a box of Artist's Loft Soft Pastels Gray Tones and Artist's Loft fundamentals with 48 Oil Pastels for drawing, illustraion and coloring. He is trying his best to give me the encouragement needed to try something a little different. The arthritis developed in my wrists from doing very detailed oil paintings caused me to set everything aside. My grandson thought these might help a little more to develop an impressionist style. Have not as of yet, until I saw your post this evening, taken these items out to look over.
