Sounds like employee health is more concerned about getting you back to work so they can deny any further Work Comp benefits than looking out for your best interests.
You need to be keeping a good journal of your work day, personal time and any symptoms. Keep in mind. It is up to you to chronicle your ups and down. WC will try to use your best days as a determining factor.
