Well I have peripheral neuropathy and I recently began having numbness in my toe it usually goes away so this week I been very stressed and it came back I drink pomegranate juice to help with the circulation but two days ago I began having anxiety and last night I began having prickling sensation on my hands and 3/4 of my arm when I woke up today I didnt have it but about an hour later it began Im really freaking out because it seems the more I worry the more I feel it anyone have any ideas?
