Couple of Q's: Are you in this pain even when the SCS is off? Does the pain feel like it's on the surface, or is it more of a deep tissue?
One of your leads might have migrated or something. Hopefully they'll check via fluoroscopy to see what's going on in there

Hi Rae,
Well I ended up in the ER on Thursday night because of the severe pain. They think it is a torn muscle from the surgery. The pain is just left of the incision and the doctor thought the staple was causing it and once he removed them I said that I would feel better---NOT!! The pain is getting worse. I had the SCS implanted in the thoracic area so who knows?? They put me on muscle relaxers and heavy pain pills---still don't help!! I guess what aggravates me even more the doctor still hasn't called since Thursday 1/27/2012-BUT he was on call Thursday when I went to the ER. I am not a complainer and he should know that SO when I told them that it felt like someone is sticking me with a knife in the back I would think he would get back to me. So I left another message today so I guess I sit and wait and wait and wait!!!!!!
