Yes dont we all wish for a magic pill lol.. Well im beginning my new eating habits tomorrow by cooking healthier and keeping track of my calories I know my only weakness is bread and cookies besides that I dont drink pop or other junk food, I also began drinking artichoke tea (home made) which helped my friend lose weight besides the other benefits artichoke brings so im hoping for good results !!
