Thumbs up Just wanted to share... if you like heat on your RSD spots...

I have been using a heated rice pack for my lower back pain (the heat actually feels good on my back/ lower extremities, but not on my arms... strange, but anyway...) and it has really helped!

Rice packs are easy to make (if your hands will let you)... http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Rice-Sock

But you can also buy them. I got mine from a therapy supply place, and it is large (like half the size of a bath towel) and it has a cute pattern as well.

I just warm up the rice pack in the microwave for 4 minutes. It's also moist heat.

I just wanted to share this... maybe it will help someone on here.

Hugs to you all. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for everyone on here... you have been a tremendous help to me. Thank you.
