Well, I've started drinking lots of water again.
Today I cooked some fresh cabbage. Now the house smells terrible!
I also cooked some fresh summer squash & onions. Yesterday I cooked some fresh green beans. Everything cooked without any grease or salt. I know.....sounds bland but I already liked the taste of these veggies without any fattening seasoning. I just used a little black pepper and I cooked the cabbage in low sodium chicken broth. I also put an onion in the pot for the cabbage and beans. YUM!!
