Hi guys,

After watching gore movies, I was upset for quite some time. I was paranoid with those images stuck in my mind. It used to haunt me when I used to go to bed in night. But, thank god that one of my best friend suggested me to do this Art of Living course. Its awesome, and really helps to control ourselves.
