I have done biofeedback. I was hoping it would help with my anxiety and the condition. During the session I was able to bring my anxiety down. You work on reducing your muscle tension and even contolling your temps. The problem for me was using it in everyday life. A lot I feel is the therapist who does it with you. Is this what you are speaking of?
If you have a chance I don't feel it can hurt and it may help you. From the many type of therapy I have tried I feel what works for one person does not another. For me my insurance does not cover so it gets very expensive. The last person I saw wanted to try hypnosis have you thought of that?
I hope you feel better
