Hi ~ Is it just in English that you don't like to speak/write, or is it in any language??? Do you know what you're afraid of? Are you afraid of rejection? May I ask where you came from?
Do you live in a big city? I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but they might help. I used to have a terrible case of anxiety. I'd have horrible panic attacks in public to the point where I'd almost pass out! Finally, I went to see a therapist (psychologist). After some sessions, we found out that my self-esteem was rock-bottom! We worked on that, and now my anxiety has pretty much disappeared!

I haven't had a panic attack in years!
Perhaps some therapy would help you too. Anxiety can be a disabling thing. It can keep you isolated from everyone else -- and that's not good, as you well know.

Why not give it a try? You won't be sorry.
