The people I saw seemed very accommodating to any human fears about any details that were involved in the procedure.
Basically, I'm sure they've had other people with similar or the same fears that you might have while you're there and they know how to address them and alter their procedures in order to make you feel comfortable to go through with it. Their job is to get the image and they can't get that image unless you are comfortable.
