I was thinking about cayenne pepper to boost circulation. You can cook with it, get the powder or even buy it in capsule form. I have not tried it myself.

Experiences? Musings?
Hi Chroma, yes cayenne pepper is a great natural alternative for boosting circulation. It's known to increase blood to ALL parts of the body...... men take note
Also root ginger is an all time winner, it's a powerful anti-inflammatory herb and a warming remedy which is good for boosting circulation!!!!!
I found root ginger very beneficial...... can't understand why I'm not using it at the moment????? I'm going shopping today and that will be my first item to buy.
