Curcumin is very good. There has been a study saying it is as good a Lipitor for reducing endothelial inflammation. (improvement).

You have to get a form that advertises good absorption.
This will cost a bit more but is very worth it.

LongVida Curcumin

are two enhanced types. I think there are others now too.

Grapeseed extract is also very good. 300mg or more a day and it reduces inflammation too.

Fish oil or Krill oil also good for inflammation and for thinning the blood a little bit. Use herbs like ginger etc only if you are not on a blood thinner. Ask your doctor if you take warfarin or something else before starting fish oils or herbs.
