The testing ranges in Europe are mixed and may be different from
USA levels.
These tests are not done in routine blood work. They are added on upon request only.
In many countries the values are reported in
pmol/L.

Taking a B12 supplement without testing is not dangerous so you could do this yourself. 1000mcg B12 has about 10mcg range for absorption. Take on an empty stomach for best absorption which is not high to begin with. This puts you in the range of eating meat twice a day.
